经国务院批准，自2006年11月15日起，对国内信函和明信片资费做如下调整： 一、信函资费：首重100克以内，由每重20克或其零数本埠（县）0.6元、外埠0.8元调整为本埠（县）0.8元、外埠1.2元；100克以上的续重资费不变。 二、明信片资费：由每件0.6元调整为0.8元。 国家邮政局和各省(区、市)邮政管理局将对资费执行情况进行检查，热诚欢迎社会各界和广大用户的支持和监督。 特此通告 国家邮政局 二OO六年十一月十五日 |

邮资调整后，在精彩家庭理财软件中修改资费标准就能计算新的正确邮费了。操作方法如下：
启动《精彩家庭理财》软件，打开“管理”菜单下的“邮政资费表”窗口，找到“大陆”中的：信函、明信片和回音卡这三项（图中蓝框处），“启用日期”全部改为“2006-11-15”（日期中的横杠不可省略），或者忽略日期全部都不改，只改以下几项： 大陆外埠信函的“资费1”由0.80元改为1.20元；
这6项修改正确以后，选择右键菜章的“保存”就可以了。以后就可以计算出新标准下的正确邮费了。 |
